@maurizio
Please comment in English in future…so that everyone can understand.
Translated from Italian to English:
“disables the command prompt”
I don’t think the execute.exe file has disabled the command window….
To enable see here http://sunny22.wordpress.com/2008/01/24/show-hidden-files-and-folders-not-working/

I confirm. GPEDIT.MSC runs without a problem but changes done are not applied afterwards. I tried to remove Control panel too but without luck. Is there a working solution for gpedit.msc ?

i have 2 desktops and i did the same thing to both (copy those file to system32, register the dll…), however only one desktop works (manage to open the group policy window), but the other desktop shows me this message: Access is denied
someone told me that i have to be the administrator, but the thing is, i am the ONE & ONLY user on both desktops! could anyone provide some solution? Thanks
