		<description>i have 2 desktops and i did the same thing to both (copy those file to system32, register the dll...), however only one desktop works (manage to open the group policy window), but the other desktop shows me this message: Access is denied

someone told me that i have to be the administrator, but the thing is, i am the ONE &amp; ONLY user on both desktops! could anyone provide some solution? Thanks
